ABOUT TANI

Tani du Toit is an established Certified Polyvagal Therapy Practitioner, Therapeutic Psychosomatics Bodyworker, Ho'oponopono Practitioner, Alchemy Coach and Breathwork Teacher. 

​

​She completed an Honours Degree in Applied Linguistics in South Africa and after travelling to Europe, she settled in Australia in 1999 where she studied Massage Therapy under Margaret Wright at The Chevallum School of Natural Therapies (The Margaret Wright Protocol). She then spent almost two decades in the publishing industry as features writer, photographer, designer and commercial editor of several publications. 

​

Her turning point came in 2015 at the age of 40 when she fully committed to her heart and love of Bodywork, Energy Polarity, Psychosomatics, the Vagus Nerve, and in particular the work of Dr Stephen Porges (The Polyvagal Theory Est. 1994).

 

For the past decade, Tani's focus has been on Therapeutic Bodywork and Autonomic Nervous System support, sessions and programs informed by The Polyvagal Theory, Breathwork, Energy Polarity, Psychosomatics and Alchemy.

 

She is a creative at heart who loves to write and creates guides and storybooks to contribute to the wellness of others.

​​She is a dedicated student and certified practitioner of The Polyvagal Theory (Dr Stephen Porges), Psychosomatics (Luis Martins Simoes, Vadym Sanzharov), Energy Medicine (Dr Bruce Lipton, Dr Joe Dispenza, Lester Levenson, Donna Eden), Breathwork (Jon Paul Crimi), The Ho'oponopono (Morrnah Simeona & Dr Ihaleakala Hew Len) Structural Dynamics (Robert Fritz), Creative Development and Alchemy (William Whitecloud), and Non-Duality (David Bingham, Rupert Spira, Byron Katie).
