Service Description
Alchemy is a 6-sessionourney from protection and problem-solving into conscious creation. We explore the nervous-system adaptations, unwanted beliefs and old structures that may still be influencing your choices, not to keep analysing the past, but to recognise when it is directing your future. Through nervous-system regulation, awareness, focus and intuitive practices, you’ll learn to shift your attention from what you are trying to fix, avoid or prove towards what you genuinely want to create. The work invites you beyond overthinking and into greater connection with your heart, intuition and the possibilities you may not yet be able to see. The aim isn't to become a better version of yourself. It's to understand what you've been creating from, give your brain and body new evidence, and begin making choices from greater freedom, authenticity and intention.
Cancellation Policy
Restore Nervous System Sessions are educational and wellbeing-focused and are informed by Polyvagal Theory and nervous system regulation practices. They are not psychological, psychiatric, medical or diagnostic services and do not replace care from a psychologist, counsellor, medical practitioner or other qualified health professional. No diagnosis, psychological assessment or medical treatment is provided. The sessions focus on nervous system education, body awareness and practical self-regulation tools that may support wellbeing and connection. Where a child or young person is experiencing significant psychological distress, trauma-related concerns, behavioural difficulties or other needs outside the scope of these sessions, parents or caregivers are encouraged to seek support from an appropriately qualified health professional. For children under 16, a parent or legal guardian must attend the session and remains responsible for decisions regarding their child’s health and wellbeing.
